Return and Refund Policy

This is our returns policy for items bought online via this website, on eBay, or over the telephone. You are entitled to cancel an order made online or over the telephone under distance selling regulations. This does not apply to orders worth £42 or less. We will refund items purchased online or over the telephone provided that you tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel your order and you return the goods to us within a further 14 days. Items should be returned in an unused, undamaged, unopened, sellable condition in their original packaging. We will not refund items that have been damaged after receipt by the customer/recipient or damaged during return transit from the customer to us. We will only accept returns from the customer who purchased the item.

Shoes and Clothing

If you buy shoes or clothing in the wrong size or style then you can return them to us for a refund or replacement. If the customer requests a replacement item we may choose to give a refund instead. Shoes and clothing items can be returned at the purchaser’s expense for a refund of the value of that item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for fresh, chilled, or frozen items or time-specific items such as magazines. If these items were received by the customer in an unacceptable condition then we will offer a refund for them. We do not accept returns for gift cards or some health and personal care items. If an order including non-returnable items is cancelled before it is sent (for example, because the customer has ordered chilled items which cannot be sent by post) we may refund the order but we will deduct the fees we have incurred in taking and refunding the payment. These fees are charged by our card payment processor and are not recoverable by us.

Short dated and Damaged Items

When an item has been sold as short dated, expired, damaged, or otherwise being of reduced quality, we will not accept returns for that item unless it is in substantially worse condition than advertised.

How to return an item

Ensure the item is packaged securely. To ensure the item is in sellable condition we recommend it is protected by bubblewrap or other soft packaging material and enclosed in a box or wrapped in paper. Do not apply sticky tape to the product’s original packaging as this may make it unsellable. Enclose a note giving your name, address, and contact details, your order number, a list of items being returned, the reason for return, and a request for a refund or replacement. Send the item to our shop address. You are responsible for postage/courier costs which will not be refunded. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Please use a suitable courier and consider using a tracked service for more valuable items. We will not refund items that have not been received by us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
