Delivery

We deliver directly to customers around the Nottingham area. We can also send parcels by Royal Mail or by courier. Customers can also collect their online purchases from our shop. Very local customers can order a small number of items via Deliveroo for immediate delivery.

Courier delivery

We are able to send parcels up to 20kg nationwide by post or courier. We can send chilled items but not frozen, fresh, fragile or bulky items and certain other products that are restricted by the courier. The cost of delivery starts at £3.19, depending on the total parcel weight.

All our orders are packed in reused packaging (except chilled items); we save boxes, paper, bubblewrap, and packing chips from the parcels we receive and use these for sending out parcels. The only thing we add is sticky tape.

Local delivery

We deliver directly to homes and businesses around the greater Nottingham area, specifically within a 15km radius of our shop. We aim to deliver within 2 or 3 days depending on the distance. We will try to deliver at a time suitable for you but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Delivery costs from £3 to £10 depending on the distance from our shop. Deliveries are made in a zero-emission electric vehicle.

IMPORTANT: When you go to the checkout page, you must enter a delivery address with a postcode within the local area before you are offered local delivery options.

Collection from the shop

This option allows you to collect your order from our shop at 515 Mansfield Road, Sherwood, Nottingham, NG5 2JL during our regular opening hours any day of the week. We aim to pick your order within 30 minutes of your payment. Uncollected orders will not be refunded.
