Our homemade Christmas puddings are rich, moist and absolutely delicious. We have perfected our own recipe over many years and customers come back for them every Christmas.

The puddings weigh around 350g and serve 3-4 people. They are available gluten free if required. They are (of course) suitable for vegans.

The pudding comes in a plastic bowl. To cook them either:

• Remove the outer bag and steam over water for 2 hours, or
• Remove all wrapping and spread the pudding over a microwaveable plate. Microwave on full power until piping hot (approx. 5 minutes)
