This peanut butter is just as tasty as our classic variety, however, our hi-oleic peanuts contain around 30% more good fats (monounsaturated fats rather than saturated*) than standard peanuts, putting them in the same league as avocados and olive oil. *Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels as part of a varied, well balanced and healthy lifestyle. Oleic acid is an unsaturated fat.
